As an Automation Engineer at Elanco, you will be a key resource responsible for the delivery, support, and optimization of automation systems across global manufacturing sites. Your role will also involve providing Operational Technology cybersecurity services and supporting global initiatives. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing site experience in Automation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to express complex technological concepts in relatable terms for non-technical colleagues.
- Skill in comprehensive and precise documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate small to medium-scale process automation projects at Elanco manufacturing sites.
- Assist sites with data selection and collection for enterprise historian systems.
- Support sites with OT cybersecurity incident response and disaster recovery processes.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial impact while ensuring effective communication.
- Develop and facilitate training to enhance user knowledge of control systems.
