• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing site experience in Automation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to express complex technological concepts in relatable terms for non-technical colleagues.
• Skill in comprehensive and precise documentation.

• Coordinate and facilitate small to medium-scale process automation projects at Elanco manufacturing sites.
• Assist sites with data selection and collection for enterprise historian systems.
• Support sites with OT cybersecurity incident response and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial impact while ensuring effective communication.
• Develop and facilitate training to enhance user knowledge of control systems.
