Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong computer science fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Python, or another modern programming language.
- Experience shipping software that has been used by people.
- Expertise in using generative AI models for coding.
- Interest in software evaluation and quality.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work well across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience in iOS/macOS domains such as system services or UI frameworks.
- Background in building developer tools, test infrastructure, or data pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI system evaluation methods.
Responsibilities
- Design and build software from early prototypes to production systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers.
- Evaluate and measure the quality of software developed.
- Integrate generative AI tools into the development process.
- Seek out feedback and learn from team members.
