Requirements
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or a relevant PhD degree.
- 4 years of experience in delivering campaign analysis, automated analytics pipelines, audience segmentation, or propensity modeling.
- Experience in engaging with external clients on measurement approaches and statistical analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage data infrastructure to generate deep user and market insights.
- Drive causal experimentation by designing and consulting on A/B experiments with external partners.
- Deliver customer-centric, data-driven insights to understand the impact of marketing strategies.
- Frame and solve ambiguous problems using statistical methods and develop evaluation frameworks.
- Build relationships with product teams to innovate new measurement methodologies.
