• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an engineering role related to Exterior Trim manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• CAD design experience for Exterior Trim commodities, with a strong understanding of systems and components.
• Experience delivering multiple vehicle programs to production, specifically in Exterior Trim commodities.
• Ability to drive and solve complex problems using advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Strong understanding of first-principles physics related to loads, forces, and overall system function.
• Proficiency in CATIA V6 and Google Workspace products.

• Support launch activities and production ramp across Exterior Trim systems.
• Communicate effectively across various internal groups.
• Act as the first point of contact for all issues found on the builds and resolve them.
• Deliver Exterior Trim engineering requirements from the prototype phase through to stable production.
• Represent Exterior Trim Engineering with the plant team during launch.
• Apply broad engineering knowledge and expertise to resolve problems during Prototype and Production builds.
• Conduct hands-on validation of requirements and ensure verification of changes to specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts in all areas of engineering management with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery.
