Job description

The iPhone Touch EE team focuses on creating exceptional user experiences through advanced sensing solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and launching next-generation touch sensing technologies. The team emphasizes collaboration and innovation across various technical disciplines. Candidates will engage in high-precision, low-latency MultiTouch solutions that set industry standards.

Requirements

  • Strong electrical engineering background in board level circuit design.
  • Hands-on experience with module/system level integration, including architecture scoping, characterization, design down-selection, and validation.
  • BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with high volume manufacturing of Flexible Printed Circuit Boards or microfabrication process development.
  • Circuit and FEA simulation experience, including LCR extraction, signal integrity, and electromagnetic coupling.
  • Experience with statistical analysis of production data.
  • Schematic design and layout experience.
  • Experience with creating engineering design, requirements, and specification documents.
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Microelectromechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
