Apple is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join their Global Network Services team. This role involves leading and executing large-scale network projects, focusing on enhancing Apple's Global Backbone and Internet peering infrastructure. • At least 8 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Minimum of 3 years in a project engineering or lead role on large-scale network deployments.
• In-depth experience with TCP/IP (v4 and v6), BGP, and MPLS technologies.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and protocols.
• Experience supporting large-scale peering/transit networks with knowledge of complex traffic engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with carrier-grade networking technologies and vendors, including Cisco, Juniper, and Arista.
• Proficiency in MacOS, Linux, or other UNIX variations.
• BS or equivalent education preferred.
• Advanced industry network certifications preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
