The Senior Program Manager will lead the launch of AI software products and partner activations, focusing on high-quality and timely delivery. This role requires collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will manage complex programs while navigating evolving priorities and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The position is critical to driving NVIDIA's Generative AI initiatives forward.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project and program management experience in AI software, cloud, developer platform, or enterprise software environment.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading software launches through the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Solid understanding of how product, engineering, marketing, sales, and partner teams coordinate to bring software products to market.
- Experience with partner activation programs, co-marketing launches, or ecosystem go-to-market motions.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience in collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional software launch programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program requirements and develop comprehensive plans.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and launch readiness.
- Coordinate with various teams to drive partner readiness and co-marketing execution.
- Manage communication across the organization with regular updates on status and decisions needed.
