This role is for a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, focusing on building the next generation of analytics and visualization platforms using Big Data technologies. • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers

• Design and develop software products that deliver measurement data to users across Amazon's advertising suite
• Demonstrate a variety of design approaches and patterns while building maintainable and scalable software
• Collaborate with Engineering teams, Data & Applied Scientists, and senior technical leaders
• Adapt to evolving technical environments and devise creative solutions to software challenges
• Build petabyte-scale services and architect for internet-scale growth
