Job description

This role involves shaping the future of Generative AI at AWS by designing, delivering, and operating next-generation infrastructure for AI training and inference. You will work with a diverse team of engineers and specialists to enhance customer experience and develop improved systems for future designs. The position emphasizes collaboration across AWS to ensure high standards for safety, security, and cost efficiency. You will also engage with vendors and design teams to manufacture products at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience with server, storage, networking, or large-scale distributed systems
  • Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
  • Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis
  • Experience leading ODMs and other suppliers in the product development and manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

  • Interface with internal and external customers to understand project requirements
  • Facilitate system development on top of server design
  • Solve operational challenges to improve customer experience
  • Develop improved systems for future designs
  • Work directly with vendors and ODM/JDM design teams to manufacture products at scale
