The team is dedicated to finding outstanding talent through innovative sourcing techniques. The position requires collaboration with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and team dynamics. The main focus is on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods for specialized areas and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Sourcing experience within software, firmware, mechanical, hardware, chip/circuit design, graphics software/hardware, platform architecture, or process engineering.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in partnering with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and professionals at various levels.

  • BA/BS Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
