Job description
The role is part of Apple's Hardware Recruiting team, which focuses on providing exceptional recruiting services to silicon engineering teams. The team employs strategic sourcing techniques to attract top talent in various specialized fields. The position involves collaborating with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. The goal is to ensure a seamless experience for candidates while delivering excellent customer service to hiring teams.
Requirements
- Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods for specialized areas and hard-to-fill roles.
- Sourcing experience in software, firmware, mechanical, hardware, chip/circuit design, graphics software/hardware, platform architecture, or process engineering.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable experience in partnering with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and professionals at different levels.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- BA/BS Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.
- Deliver excellent and timely customer service to hiring teams.
- Ensure a seamless experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment process.
