• Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods for specialized areas and hard-to-fill roles.
• Sourcing experience in software, firmware, mechanical, hardware, chip/circuit design, graphics software/hardware, platform architecture, or process engineering.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable experience in partnering with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and professionals at different levels.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• BA/BS Degree preferred.
