• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Experience in designing electro-mechanical assemblies with an understanding of mechanical tolerances and tolerance stackup analysis.
• Knowledge of ASIC cooling solution stack-ups and their structural behavior.

• Own and design products over the entire product design life cycle, including requirements gathering and detailed design.
• Ensure designs are sound, scalable, and meet engineering requirements through thorough analysis and validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges throughout the product development life-cycle.
• Influence future products by providing mechanical design expertise into the technology roadmap.
• Identify and scope projects around innovation opportunities and technology risks.
