• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive testing and validation.
• Hands-on experience with environmental chambers, mechanical actuators, and custom validation fixtures.
• Strong experience with DAQ, instrumentation, and sensor integration for durability and functional validation.
• Proficient with CAN-based tools such as Vector CANalyzer/CANape.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Comfortable using MATLAB and/or Python for test data processing.
• Working knowledge of CAD tools like CATIA.

• Develop and maintain DVPs for interior and mechatronic subsystems.
• Plan and execute validation for interior hardware and mechatronic components.
• Coordinate with external test labs to schedule and execute tests.
• Create and review test procedures and setups to ensure safety and repeatability.
• Own test instrumentation and DAQ setup for data collection.
• Analyze data using tools like MATLAB and prepare decision-ready test reports.
• Incorporate lessons learned into DVPs and Rivian Testing Standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance scope, risk, and cost.
