The role is focused on designing and developing platform services for Microsoft Foundry's enterprise capabilities, particularly in the area of AI Agent solutions. The team is responsible for building a high-performance Azure Resource Provider that meets strict enterprise requirements. The position emphasizes delivering advanced security features and driving operational excellence. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C++, C#, Go, Java, or Python is preferred.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience designing and delivering highly available, large-scale cloud services and distributed systems is preferred.
• 1+ years of technical engineering experience with machine learning or Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems is preferred.

• Design and develop platform features including agent tooling frameworks, authentication flows, and control plane APIs.
• Deliver unified APIs and advanced security features such as private networking and data encryption.
• Lead cross-organizational collaboration with partner teams across Azure, M365, and Security to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Adopt AI-first development practices in daily work and leverage AI to accelerate innovation and productivity.
• Drive live site excellence through infrastructure reliability and operational excellence.
