• Bachelor’s or advanced professional degree in data analytics, statistics or related field required
• 1+ years of professional work experience in a data science or analytics role; preference for experience in finance or related field
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to break down complex problems
• Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
• Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
