Tesla is seeking a technical sourcer to recruit for various engineering organizations, including Semi, Model 3 & Y Powertrain, and Energy Manufacturing Engineering. The role involves developing sourcing strategies and building a diverse pipeline of candidates while working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• 1+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience recruiting Hardware Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Construction Engineers, or Skilled Trades is preferred
• Proven background in using creative research and sourcing methods
• Ability to create and maintain healthy relationships across all functions
• Ability to work in ambiguity and under significant pressure

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the business and open roles
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent mapping to build a robust pipeline of candidates
• Take a data-driven approach to calibrate sourcing strategy and business expectations
• Identify, attract, and assess top talent using various tools
• Provide updates to the business and senior leadership
• Ensure an excellent candidate interview experience
