This role involves working with colleagues and clients to deliver expertise in renewable construction, specifically optimizing capital expenditures for major solar PV installations. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting clients through the entire solar value chain while continuously developing your own knowledge and skills.

• Undergraduate degree in engineering; advanced degree or MBA is preferred
• 10+ years of post-graduate work experience with a distinctive record of achievement and impact
• Experience working in construction renewables
• Significant construction experience with an EPC
• Have worked on large-sized projects
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

• Act as a subject matter expert in the renewable’s construction space
• Help clients optimize their capex for major solar PV installations
• Support clients through the full solar value chain including design & engineering, contracting & procurement, and project execution
• Work in cooperation with a worldwide network of consultants to shape McKinsey's thinking in this area
• Continuously develop your own knowledge and that of the firm
