Tesla is looking for a motivated individual to lead a team of process technicians in the manufacturing of a humanoid AI robot. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly learn and implement effective training strategies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or maintenance environment
• Minimum 2 years managing a team
• Proficient in lean manufacturing methodologies
• Strong analytical capability and familiarity with analytical and statistical software systems such as SPC, JMP, Minitab, or Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Mentor and develop a strong team through selective recruitment, thorough onboarding, training, and coaching
• Oversee a team of technicians and supervisors to troubleshoot yield fall-out and manage documentation
• Utilize data to improve efficiency of the operation
• Develop and maintain strategies for effective team skillset versatility
• Optimize labor utilization, reduce waste, and align projects to drive manufacturing goals
