Job description

As a Senior Manager, IT Product Manager in the Technology Solutions Group, you will define and drive the strategic vision for complex products, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive a high-level product vision and roadmap aligned with business priorities
  • Build strong relationships and alignment with senior stakeholders across the organization
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust priorities in response to changing business needs
  • Communicate product strategy clearly across product owners, engineering teams, and business partners
  • Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure product impact
  • Partner with Product Managers to identify integration opportunities and improve user experience across products
  • Make strategic tradeoff decisions and remove roadblocks to ensure successful product delivery
  • Develop business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable direction for technical teams
  • Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, including performance oversight and escalation management
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Negotiate effectively across competing priorities while maintaining strong working relationships
