This role involves leading end-to-end technical programs in order fulfillment, vehicle service, and collision repair for both retail and enterprise customers. The candidate will coordinate multiple teams, manage program lifecycles, and optimize business processes while ensuring alignment across various departments.

• 5-7 years of experience in program management, operations, or consulting
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs in fast-moving environments
• Deep domain expertise in order-to-delivery, fulfillment, service, or collision repair
• Exceptional soft skills including clear communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and prioritize effectively
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities

• Lead end-to-end programs across order-to-delivery, fulfillment, service, and collision repair
• Own the full program lifecycle including planning, timelines, and risk management
• Map and optimize end-to-end business processes with operations teams
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to build and maintain program plans
• Deliver clear status reports to leadership focused on insights and recommendations
• Serve as the central force for alignment across fast-moving teams
