Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in program management, operations, or consulting
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs in fast-moving environments
- Deep domain expertise in order-to-delivery, fulfillment, service, or collision repair
- Exceptional soft skills including clear communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and prioritize effectively
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end programs across order-to-delivery, fulfillment, service, and collision repair
- Own the full program lifecycle including planning, timelines, and risk management
- Map and optimize end-to-end business processes with operations teams
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to build and maintain program plans
- Deliver clear status reports to leadership focused on insights and recommendations
- Serve as the central force for alignment across fast-moving teams
