Job description

As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage in the Industrial Goods Practice Area, you will work in a global team to deliver value to clients through expertise and BCG Vantage assets. You will contribute to client cases, proposals, and workshops, while also supporting commercialization efforts and developing intellectual property for the business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consulting experience in Automotive & Mobility sector with topic experience in the Automotive Aftermarket and Vehicle Retail/Distribution required
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in building dynamic (Excel) models and using Generative AI tools for industry research and analytics
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Solve client problems through relevant research and analytical approaches
  • Communicate with case teams and clients in a credible and confident way
  • Work collaboratively and effectively within virtual teams
  • Support commercialization efforts through analysis and insights
  • Contribute to developing intellectual property and assets for the business
  • Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on topic/sector expertise
