Job description

This position is for a Logic Technology Development Module Development Engineer at Intel, focusing on advanced semiconductor process technologies. The role involves designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to develop innovative device architectures. Requirements

  • The candidate must possess a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Scientific STEM field of study.
  • The candidate must have 7+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • Proven experience with integrated process development to co-optimize the process and overlay mark design is required.
  • Understanding of modern semiconductor manufacturing processes is necessary.
  • Experience with ASML scanner EUV and DUV platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process.
  • Participate in the development of intellectual property.
  • Integrate the many individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors.
  • Ramp to manufacturing volumes to demonstrate the technology meets requirements.
