Job description

Amazon Web Services is seeking Software Development Engineers to develop advanced Linux-based networking platforms. The role involves working with a diverse team of engineers to innovate and enhance embedded routing platforms for one of the world's largest networks. Candidates should have a strong background in designing and implementing Linux-based solutions on embedded devices, particularly for networking products. The team focuses on ensuring the synchronization of the Linux kernel state with the underlying hardware state.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and operations
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities
