Job description
The role involves leading a Solutions Engineering team focused on an internal marketing platform used across various Apple services. The successful candidate will manage the execution of complex marketing journeys and ensure effective integration of marketing plans. The team aims to enhance the utilization of the platform across Apple.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or Information Technology.
- Knowledge and practice in designing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
- Mobile app development experience with iOS, demonstrating advanced knowledge of Swift and Xcode.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of solutions engineers to ensure successful engagement and execution of marketing strategies.
- Map complex marketing plans into engineering integrations.
- Develop and maintain the internal marketing platform for Apple services.
- Craft presentations and conduct Q&A sessions with technical and non-technical partners.
- Guide partner engineers through strategic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
