• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or similar degree.

• 3+ years of experience working with new product development in a fast-paced, high-volume engineering environment.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with a basic understanding of design and metrology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to support engineering build activities and design development.
• Data-driven with the ability to solve complex and novel technical problems.
• Introductory knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and evaluation testing standards such as ASTM, TAPPI, and ISTA.
