The Engineering New Product Technology Project Manager will support the Wireless Systems & Compliance Engineering team at Apple, focusing on RF compliance and performance testing for various products. This role involves collaborating with RF test engineers and regulatory teams to ensure readiness for certification and performance milestones. The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, driving NPI build planning and logistics activities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to simplify complex processes are essential for success in this position.

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in supply chain or NPI program management, including build management and supplier management.
• Engineering background or technical fluency for collaboration with various engineering teams.
• Experience supporting RF, wireless, or hardware test labs.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment and wireless technologies such as cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or GPS.
• Cross-functional leadership experience in engineering test or NPI activities.
• Configuration management and Bill of Material experience, including ECO processes.
• Experience working with overseas vendors and globally distributed teams.
• Proficient in Excel or Numbers and quick to learn new software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and crisis leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple projects.

• Drive NPI build planning, material readiness, and logistics activities for RF compliance testing.
• Coordinate with RF test teams to ensure necessary devices and equipment are available.
• Manage the allocation of products and development hardware to RF test teams.
• Oversee the wireless compliance approvals process for Apple accessories.
• Track the construction, installation, and commissioning of RF test chambers and stations.
• Manage build matrices, materials forecasting, and CTB analysis and reporting.
• Handle budget, procurement, and configuration management activities related to RF test programs.
