The role focuses on enabling customer success through high-quality measurements and reducing variability in metrology results. The team collaborates with various cross-functional organizations, including engineering and sales, to assess customer needs and develop product specifications. Candidates will utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and document results, while also conducting new product introduction projects. This position may require travel and potential relocation.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Enable customer success by providing high quality measurements and reducing measurement variability.
- Use analytical skills to troubleshoot issues based on metrology results.
- Document results and make presentations on all aspects of products.
- Develop models for advanced films and optical CD measurements in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Assist sales and marketing staff in assessing potential applications of company products.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional organizations including engineering, service, sales, and marketing.
- Conduct new product introduction projects.
- Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineers.
- Perform experiments to characterize tool and subcomponent performance.
