• Enable customer success by providing high quality measurements and reducing measurement variability.
• Use analytical skills to troubleshoot issues based on metrology results.
• Document results and make presentations on all aspects of products.
• Develop models for advanced films and optical CD measurements in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Assist sales and marketing staff in assessing potential applications of company products.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional organizations including engineering, service, sales, and marketing.
• Conduct new product introduction projects.
• Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineers.
• Perform experiments to characterize tool and subcomponent performance.
