The Application Engineer will work at the intersection of customer needs and engineering execution within the Asset Intelligence Platform team. This role focuses on developing a deep understanding of internal customer challenges and translating those insights into product direction. The engineer will onboard new teams, support established users, and help stakeholders recognize the business value of the platform. This position is ideal for someone who values both the system and its users, aiming to influence product development significantly.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a role combining technical depth with customer or product engagement.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and platform engineering, including data centers and cloud environments.
- Technical fluency sufficient to read and review code, write scripts, and work with APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with customers and communicate solutions clearly.
- Strong product instincts with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and prioritize based on customer value.
Responsibilities
