The role at NVIDIA involves managing technical programs focused on partner enablement and ecosystem qualification within the DGX Cloud organization. The team is dedicated to building an open, modular stack for AI infrastructure, facilitating collaboration with ISV and NCP partners. The main focus is on developing workflows, expanding validation testing frameworks, and driving cross-functional alignment to ensure successful program execution. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic oversight to enhance partner engagement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 12+ years in technical program management with at least 4 years owning partner enablement, ecosystem qualification, or infrastructure programs.
- Experience managing programs that span external partner engagement and internal engineering delivery simultaneously.
- Strong ability to coordinate priorities, dependencies, risks, and action plans across multiple engineering and product teams.
- Proven track record running executive-level program reviews and translating complex technical work into clear status and risk.
- Experience building scalable operational systems such as dashboards and tooling that improve program visibility using AI workflows.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, open-source software development, and partner or ISV ecosystem programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand comprehensive workflows for the ISV and NCP partner validation program.
- Build and expand strategic connections with ISV and NCP partners, acting as the main program contact.
- Expand the validation testing framework as new components are developed and increase test suite coverage.
- Own lab operations and partner onboarding infrastructure, managing capacity allocation and hardware provisioning.
- Lead Open Source Portfolio oversight and the executive Pulse rhythm through the concept approval process.
- Build AI-powered workflows to automate program operations and portfolio tracking.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and other teams, defining and monitoring program targets.
Benefits
- Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
