Job description

The Salesforce Technical Architect role at Apple focuses on designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions for customers. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to lead multiple projects effectively. The architect will work closely with the sales engineering team to ensure that the solutions are scalable and meet the evolving CRM requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce technologies and a proven track record of designing large-scale architectures.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  • 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce System Architect, Application Architect, or possess a Technical Architect Certification.
  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience designing complex, large-scale Salesforce architectures across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
  • Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns such as SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, and code versioning best practices.
  • Familiarity with Java and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for customers.
  • Provide architecture, design, development, and project management leadership across multiple projects.
  • Integrate systems via APIs and ensure high performance and scalability of solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales engineering team to align technical delivery with business needs.
  • Ensure that the solutions designed are built for long-term growth and scalability.
  • Maintain knowledge of data integration tools and best practices for integrating Salesforce with various business systems.
