As a Senior System Software Engineer on the NvSci team at NVIDIA, you will contribute to the development of next-generation software that enhances cross-platform functionality and integration with various applications and hardware. You will collaborate with both internal and external teams to improve APIs and system architecture while leveraging advanced software engineering practices. Requirements
- BS, MS in CS/CE/EE or related engineering field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Proficiency in C/C++.
- Experience in system architecture and embedded systems.
- Strong understanding of Operating Systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a track record of driving solutions from concept to production.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement next-generation NvSci software for seamless cross-platform functionality.
- Collaborate with internal and external collaborators to improve APIs and system architecture.
- Evaluate trade-offs in resource-constrained environments to optimize performance.
- Lead end-to-end feature development for NvSci that meets automotive safety and security standards.
- Research and integrate advanced software engineering practices and automation tools.
