The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is dedicated to delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with QA tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, and RestAssured.
  • A working understanding of test automation concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors or external implementation partners.
  • Experience applying GenAI tools and AI-assisted workflows within Quality Engineering or SDLC processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end quality execution and program governance for software development programs.
  • Coordinate and execute testing activities, manage risks and dependencies, and drive release readiness.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to define test plans, test scope, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate and track functional, integration, regression, and business testing across teams.
  • Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams including Engineering and Operations.
  • Identify and track dependencies, risks, and blockers, escalating proactively with clear context.
  • Facilitate defect triage, track resolution progress, and ensure closure prior to release milestones.
  • Maintain clear visibility into QA readiness, test coverage, and open risks.
  • Support go/no-go decisions with structured readiness assessments.
  • Deliver regular status updates to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, templates, and reporting practices.
  • Drive the adoption of test automation and structured release governance.
  • Leverage GenAI tools to auto-generate test plans and test cases from product requirements.
  • Use GenAI to perform gap analysis on existing test coverage and analyze retrospective data.
  • Evaluate and champion GenAI-assisted test automation tools.
