Requirements
- Doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years experience in relevant areas OR Master's Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years experience OR Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 6+ years experience OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) of people management experience.
- Candidates must meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team that operates and improves production tenant security.
- Own end-to-end security risk program mechanics with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Drive platform and operational improvements to reduce misconfigurations and manual enforcement.
- Partner with engineering and security teams to strengthen isolation boundaries and maintain security controls.
- Build and run incident readiness mechanisms to improve response effectiveness.
- Develop and coach a high-performing team with a strong planning and execution culture.
