The role involves hands-on experience with AR/VR platforms and quality engineering to elevate testing standards. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams while navigating technical dependencies. • 7+ years of software quality engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a quality lead or tech lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience building and scaling test automation frameworks.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal direction.
• Experience partnering with Product and Design teams in an agile/iterative development environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, machine learning, and data science teams.
• Proficiency with software revision control and CI/CD systems.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with spatial computing, AR/VR, or platform-level quality engineering.
• Experience building tooling solutions with Claude tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Design, extend, and maintain comprehensive test plans and methodologies.
• Ensure software reliability across complex, interdisciplinary systems.
• Leverage experience with Claude tools to build innovative tooling solutions.
• Identify gaps, diagnose issues, and continuously improve quality outcomes.
