• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of industry experience
• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering including analog and high-speed digital design
• Broad experience across different applications and technologies
• Proven track record of leading dynamic multi-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with lab test equipment to debug difficult or intermittent hardware issues
• Familiarity with schematic capture and rigid/flexible PCB layout
• Knowledge of signal and power integrity fundamentals
• Experience with low voltage power regulation and delivery
• Ability to use scripting languages to assist with hardware development
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Lead the design and integration of custom hardware into constrained systems
• Collaborate daily with multi-functional technology teams
• Drive system-level issues to closure in a team-based environment
• Analyze solutions and make system design trade-offs
• Prototype design and validation with custom silicon
• Address unwanted coupling and interference between subsystems
