Job description

The role involves working as a Systems Development Engineer at Amazon Health Services, focusing on platform engineering and development to enhance health services tools. Requirements

  • 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 1+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems
  • Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, and operating systems
  • 2+ years of contact center experience or experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain NICE CXone Studio scripts and IVR call flows.
  • Build and configure platforms supporting Amazon Health Services tools.
  • Build and QA call routing with stakeholders and develop coding standards.
  • Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot distributed systems using remote access tools.
  • Manage user lifecycle, phone number operations, and CXone/Zoom admin functions.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, design documents, and call routing diagrams.
  • Lead NICE CXone project initiatives and communicate progress to stakeholders.
