• Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering
• Experience using CAD technologies such as AutoCAD, Rhino, or SolidWorks
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Experience with automated equipment including packaging machinery and sortation systems
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Projects software
• Experience designing or implementing integrated automation solutions

• Design, build, improve, and innovate order fulfillment infrastructure throughout the supply chain network.
