As a Project Manager within the Partner Ecosystems team at Apple, you will lead partner enablement and onboarding efforts for Device Enrollment across all product lines. This role involves coordinating partner integration projects with global and regional teams. You will contribute to the development of Apple's next generation partner integration and collaboration platform. Your work will enable channel partners to streamline device enrollment for corporate and institutional customers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise software and integration technologies such as EDI, API, Web services, FTP, and web portals.
• Project management background with a focus on enterprise tools or systems.
• Experience in B2B API Integration (JSON), B2B or B2C sales and account management, sales operations and process management, or business process re-engineering.
• Proficiency with macOS and productivity applications, including Keynote, Pages, FileMaker, and Excel.
• Familiarity with subscription services and invoicing.
• Experience with writing technical and program documentation.
• Track record of presenting technical and business requirements to cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex integration issues and operational escalations.
• Professional Certification in Project Management (PMP).
• Dedication to the perpetual value of the customer experience with a grasp on consumer psychology.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
