Job description

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies including AD, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM.
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
- 2+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
- 1+ years of experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
- 2+ years of experience with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP.
- 2+ years of experience supporting corporate settings with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
- 2+ years of experience maintaining a corporate network environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in computer networking.
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site, high-quality support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Assist in triaging and escalating system or network outages to minimize downtime.
- Execute change management activities in a high availability environment.
- Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on continuous improvement projects.
- Manage and oversee IT asset inventories effectively.
- Participate in hiring efforts and mentor new team members.
- Continuously expand technical skills and maintain knowledge of IT policies.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call duty for high-severity incidents.
