The MicroLED Display Reliability Engineer role at Raxium focuses on driving reliability initiatives for microLED-based display products. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 6 years of experience in III-V optoelectronic device reliability.
- Experience in reliability and qualification testing, data analysis, and reliability predictions.
- Experience managing device reliability improvements and directing failure analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability programs for various device and display product reliability tests.
- Direct and document Failure Mode and Effective Analysis (FMEA) for microLED based display products.
- Execute tests including reliability data analysis and reporting.
- Direct failure analysis and root cause discussions with process and product teams.
- Provide reliability inputs and recommendations at device and product design review meetings.
