Job description

The MicroLED Display Reliability Engineer role at Raxium focuses on driving reliability initiatives for microLED-based display products. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in development, process engineering, and manufacturing to enhance product reliability. The engineer will influence long-term strategies and engage with executive stakeholders. The role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability of innovative display technologies used in augmented reality applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • 6 years of experience in III-V optoelectronic device reliability.
  • Experience in reliability and qualification testing, data analysis, and reliability predictions.
  • Experience managing device reliability improvements and directing failure analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reliability programs for various device and display product reliability tests.
  • Direct and document Failure Mode and Effective Analysis (FMEA) for microLED based display products.
  • Execute tests including reliability data analysis and reporting.
  • Direct failure analysis and root cause discussions with process and product teams.
  • Provide reliability inputs and recommendations at device and product design review meetings.
