Job description
The Site Sr IT Analyst at Elanco will serve as the primary on-site IT partner for the Elwood Manufacturing facility. This role focuses on supporting manufacturing, laboratory, and business operations by maintaining reliable and secure IT infrastructure. The analyst will collaborate with Operational Technology stakeholders to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This position emphasizes building strong partnerships with various stakeholders to identify needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in manufacturing, laboratory, or regulated environments.
- Technical expertise in enterprise infrastructure including Cisco, Windows Server, and Azure.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of site IT systems and services supporting manufacturing and laboratory operations.
- Serve as the primary on-site IT contact for site leadership and act as the liaison to regional and global IT teams.
- Build strong partnerships with business and operational stakeholders to identify needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
- Provide local support for enterprise applications and maintain end-to-end ownership of site-specific systems.
- Lead and manage multiple technology projects simultaneously, including scope definition, risk management, and status communication.
