The role of Solutions Architect Manager at EY focuses on evaluating, designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. This position involves managing enterprise solution implementations and collaborating with various EY teams to deliver digital engagements that align with client strategies. The manager will lead workshops with clients to define solution architecture and ensure that technical decisions support business outcomes. The role requires a strong emphasis on quality management and the delivery of technology solutions.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
• Must have 4 years of experience in solution architecture and/or ERP software solutions.
• Must have 4 years of project experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
• Must have experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
• Must have 2 years of experience in Application and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, and Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture.

• Evaluate, design, implement, and optimize solutions built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain platform.
• Manage and participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.
• Lead workshops with clients to drive decisions around their finance requirements and define the solution architecture.
• Guide technical decisions to ensure alignment with business outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to develop methodologies, tools, and approaches to differentiate EY in the market.
