• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering or related engineering discipline
• At least 10 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience
• Professional Engineering licensure in any US state
• Proven ability to engage with clients and develop relationships
• Experience with proposal development and project execution planning
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Availability to travel as required to support project needs
• Availability to work at least 2 days per week in the Gainesville, FL office

• Lead an electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and engineering design solutions
• Collaborate with Client Account Managers and sales professionals on strategic pursuits
• Mentor and manage junior and mid-level electrical engineering staff members
• Engage with clients to evaluate their energy needs and develop concept-level plans
• Participate in strategy formation, business development, and sales for the energy transition portfolio
• Anticipate challenges and manage project delivery details effectively
