Requirements

- At least 10 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience
- Professional Engineering licensure in any US state
- Proven ability to engage with clients and develop relationships
- Experience with proposal development and project execution planning
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Availability to travel as required to support project needs
- Availability to work at least 2 days per week in the Gainesville, FL office
Responsibilities
- Lead an electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and engineering design solutions
- Collaborate with Client Account Managers and sales professionals on strategic pursuits
- Mentor and manage junior and mid-level electrical engineering staff members
