• At least 5 years of professional technical consulting experience designing and implementing service offerings leveraging the Microsoft stack.
• Deep understanding and experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365.
• Experience with industry LLMs, RAG architectures, and protocols like MCP and A2A.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI via AI Risk Frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF.

• Focus on the design, customization, and optimization of digital workplace solutions using Microsoft 365.
• Lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations across all project phases.
• Collaborate with various EY groups to sell and deliver digital workplace transformation engagements.
