The SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer Consulting Manager role at EY focuses on leading enterprise migrations from SharePoint Server to Microsoft 365 and building modern SharePoint Online intranets. As a senior consultant, you will manage full project lifecycles and contribute to high-quality client outcomes through solution blueprints and design reviews. • 5+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and/or migrations using Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
• Proven experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations including assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover, and hypercare.
• Experience with at least one major migration toolset such as Microsoft Migration Manager, ShareGate, or AvePoint.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Lead and deliver enterprise SharePoint Server to Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Design and implement modern SharePoint Online intranets.
• Assess and plan migrations by defining migration scope and waves.
• Execute migrations by configuring and operating Microsoft and third-party migration tooling.
• Modernize legacy workflows/forms to Power Automate and Power Apps patterns.
• Establish standards and operational reporting for governance.
