Job description
The SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer Consulting Manager role at EY focuses on leading enterprise migrations from SharePoint Server to Microsoft 365 and building modern SharePoint Online intranets. The position requires collaboration with client stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable solutions while emphasizing SharePoint modernization and Power Platform adoption. Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and/or migrations using Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
- Proven experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations including assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover, and hypercare.
- Experience with at least one major migration toolset such as Microsoft Migration Manager, ShareGate, or AvePoint.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver enterprise SharePoint Server to Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Design and implement modern SharePoint Online intranets.
- Assess and plan migrations by defining migration scope and waves.
- Execute migrations by configuring and operating Microsoft and third-party migration tooling.
- Modernize legacy workflows/forms to Power Automate and Power Apps patterns.
- Establish standards and operational reporting for governance.
