• 3+ years of experience in display hardware development, validation, or research in a related field such as optics or photonics.
• Expertise in at least 1-2 of the following fields: optics, physics, electrical engineering, optical components, image processing, machine learning, or computer science.
• Deep understanding of display technologies including TFT, LED, OLED, and optical fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in statistical tools, programming languages, and optical simulators.
• Hands-on experience in high volume mass production consumer electronics.
