• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 3+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Understanding of electromigration and thermal effects on transistors and interconnect.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Participate in workflow optimization.
• Engage with vendors for tool requirements and development.
• Collaborate with foundries for tool requirements.
• Generate customer-facing and developer-facing documentation.
