• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.

• Strong bring-up and debugging skills with hands-on lab work experience.
• Proven experience with debug and performance analysis of analog circuits and power distribution for high-speed digital ICs.
• Strong software automation skills, such as Python or TestStand.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across multi-functional teams.

• Define test plans for custom ICs and drive execution from first-silicon to mass production.
• Participate in the definition of custom board-level hardware for IC bring-up and testing.
• Define validation plans and support product design teams in design integration.
• Mentor and train junior validation engineers.
• Work closely with IC design teams to ensure tight interaction between pre-silicon design and post-silicon validation.
