Job description

This position is for a Circuits Engineer within a dynamic silicon design group focused on creating advanced custom digital megacells for high performance and low power SOCs. The role involves collaborating with various teams to develop innovative circuit solutions that enhance chip power efficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in designing low voltage and low power custom circuits.
  • Familiarity with advanced technology nodes.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom circuits to improve chip power efficiency.
  • Work with the power team, PD, and architects to define specifications and requirements.
  • Perform design, analysis, modeling, simulation, and circuit level specifications.
  • Oversee layout quality by collaborating closely with the layout team.
  • Drive circuit methodology to achieve the highest design quality metrics.
