Job description

The Software Development Engineer position on the SES Command team focuses on creating intuitive and scalable solutions for email management. The team aims to simplify complex processes through natural language interfaces and AI-driven experiences. Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support next-generation configuration and onboarding experiences for SES.
  • Build natural language interfaces that replace complex APIs for resource management.
  • Produce robust, efficient, and maintainable code at the scale of millions of customer resources.
  • Work on problems at the intersection of AI/ML, distributed systems, and customer experience.
  • Challenge existing systems and explore changes to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Participate in setting the vision and roadmap for unified configuration experiences.
  • Drive algorithm and architecture design for AI-powered tooling.
